Evaluation of Pavement Performance and Condition Using Numerical Simulation
This webinar discusses the benefits of using a Multiscale Finite Element Model (MsFEM) with Phase Field Fracture (PFF) to study the damage and fracture propagation at the AC microstructure and the application of a Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) and machine learning-based algorithm to backcalculate the thickness and dielectric constants of individual AC lifts from Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) scans.
