GEF IW:LEARN Webinar Series - Private Sector Engagement
This webinar is organized by the World Wildlife Fund with the support of the Global Environment Facility IW:LEARN Project. The webinar builds on the concept of WWF bankable projects, focusing on transitioning from theory into practice. The session will look at how GEF International Waters project managers can practically apply the bankables model by analyzing two GEF IW project case studies and discussing how to apply aspects of the WWF bankables model to each project. These project's will include specifically the GEF/UNDP Orange-Senqu River Basin Project and the GEF/WWF Mesoamerican Ridge to Reef project.
GEF IW:LEARN is a project funded by the Global Environment Facility, implemented jointly by the United Nations Development Programme and UN Environment and executed by the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission of UNESCO.
