Institute on Teaching and Mentoring: Faculty Diversity (full version)
The Institute on Teaching and Mentoring is a four-day conference that has become the largest gathering of minority doctoral scholars in the country. The Institute provides minority scholars with strategies to survive the rigors of graduate school, earn the doctoral degree and succeed as members of the professoriate. The SREB-State Doctoral Scholars Program hosts and manages the Institute, which is sponsored by a partnership of regional, federal and foundation programs known as the Compact for Faculty Diversity.
