What is World of Tanks (WoT for short)?
World of Tanks is a global MMO action game dedicated to armored vehicles. Dive into World War II tank battles with other steel warriors from around the world. You have access to over 150 combat vehicles from the USA, Germany, France, the USSR, China, and Great Britain, meticulously recreated with exemplary precision to replicate their historical counterparts.
World of Tanks is based on a free-to-play model – players can download and play it for free. Investments in the game allow players to purchase special "gold" tanks, a premium account, or various experience point transfer options. None of these purchasable options provide the player with an advantage in combat against others, but merely save time while leveling up.
