InnoSwitch5-Pro - Single-Chip Switcher for USB PD Extended Power Range
InnoSwitch5-Pro flyback switcher ICs combine a PowiGaN primary switch (750 V or 900 V) with FluxLink-isolated feedback and secondary controller with I²C interface. Key features include native support for USB PD 3.0 Extended Power Range (EPR) protocol, up to 220 W output with up to 95% efficiency, and zero voltage switching (ZVS) without dedicated and costly high-voltage MOSFETs.
