Neverwinter Ps4 Heavy FPS issues...

Evrybudy knows the frames on tiamat etc are horrible and yes maby the ps4 cant handle stuff like that but recently always more ppl getting those Sound/fps drops on places where they shud not happan i made a little video of PS4 vs PC...
Do the Devs know abou that issues and are they trying to fix it?
do anyone know?
