AI Chat with Blender to create models – Blender MCP installation
Today in this video I am coding to show you how you can control your 3D software using AI and text inputs. This example we will be using blender and Claude AI. These we will connect together using a MCP, standing for Model Context Protocol, is an open standard that simplifies how AI models interact with external tools. This actually can be used for many other 3D software such as Rhino and Revit even, but since blender is free it is a good place to start experimenting.
