00:07:32 - Refresher - under Radiocommunications Act 1992 there are three types of licence - spectrum, apparatus and class:
Spectrum - licence to use a part of the spectrum with the conditions specified - eg mobile phone spectrum
Apparatus - licence to operate a radiocommunications devices to which the licences relate - eg. currently amateurs, - remaining
beacons and repeaters
Class - licence under which any person may operate radiocommunications devices that come within the terms /conditions or
parameters of the licence

00:11:51 - 2). use of call signs to enable identification of the person operating an amateur station;
