The 4-wire method uses four test leads, one pair for the injected current (the test lead) and the other pair for sensing the voltage across the resistor Rmeas (the sense lead). Because no current flows in the sense lead, the device measures only the voltage developed across the resistance. External Supply - show it is drawing 10A on the MilliOhm ranges

00:20:00 - First step to attempt to gain international consensus on 40m band plan across Regions 1, 2 & 3 - the main problems:
A). inconsistent IARU member society band plans.
B). specific national regulatory conditions/constraints (e.g. the FCC in the USA)
C). legacy band plan allocations that haven’t been revised following the band expansion granted at WRC2003 (prior to which the 40m band was only 100 kHz wide)
