Tank Tracks Build and Rigging Tutorial - Blender v2.69

All the tank track tutorials I've seen show only how to build the tracks, which leaves you to animate the tracks and wheels whenever the tank/tracked vehicle moves. The only tutorial that shows rigging of the tracks isn't complete
( • Video ), only showing half of the rigging process, so i figured out how to finish rigging the tracks, and made this tutorial.
