Wat is Brandpunt afstand?

Fotograferen kan je leren. Deze video is deel 6 van de basiscursus fotografie en gaat over Brandpuntsafstand. Brandpuntsafstand is de optische afstand tussen convergerende lichtstralen (die het beeld vormen) en de camera sensor. Een langere brandpuntsafstand betekent een smallere beeldhoek.
De brandpuntsafstand heeft ook invloed op de scherptediepte. Een lens met een kortere brandpuntsafstand (zeg 24 mm) scherpgesteld op dezelfde afstand en met het zelfde diafragma heeft een grotere scherpte diepte dan een langere brandpuntsafstand (van bijvoorbeeld 400 mm).
