Your Kick, Bass & Percussion are the most important parts of your track and it has to be right in order for the rest of your sounds to flourish, but as a producer I found that it was one of the most difficult things to master. Years of producing Hard Trance has given me the experience to be able to mixdown my projects to the required standard and I would like to share these secrets in this video.
In this video I will be using the finished FL Studio 20 project file for my original track, Apocalypse, to demonstrate how I mixdown my sounds, the tools I use and the mixer routing. Please note that this video shows the final mixdown (pre-master) version of the track and not the master.
