Naruto has a spammy Substitution Jutsu which activates when attacked and is followed up with a counter attack of his own. He can also charge up his chakra to full. Then there's the many variations of his Shadow Clone Jutsu, Sexy Jutsu and more! Now, all this will come in handy when his opponent.
You probably know Dragon Claw already and how cheap he is. He's got a similar playstyle to Evil Ken and Evil Ryu, but he's way more aggressive while blocking/countering all attacks.
