Another Rugal edit that's pretty silly. Made by SpookyKujo, This Rugal edit has the voicelines of Shao Kahn, new and ridiculous moves & many other things that feel a lot like The_None's creations. You just have to watch to see what I mean. Also I'm using Poyochan's AI Patch, so this will be a pleasant experience.
