Another customized VHS from Champagne Video. This one is based around “Angels With Filthy Souls”. The fake gangster film featured in “Home Alone”.
The entire box art contains several tongue in cheek nods to Home Alone, from the logos, to the film’s description, to the actors list, and more. The labels on the tape itself are nearly entirely screen-accurate to the actual “Angels With Filthy Souls” tape that Kevin loads into the VCR in the film. The actual front of the box art is made to look like an older Warner Bros Big W VHS.
IMO, out of all of Champagne Video’s fake VHS Tapes, this one is probably the most elaborate and well done out of all of them. And that’s saying a lot considering that all of them are all very creative with how much detail is put into each one of them.
