I remember that a great friend recommended the album Pink Moon to me. It took a few listens to get used to Nick Drake’s singing. After this, I was so in awe of his lyrical honesty, poetry and his unique voice. He is the only artist where I love every song he wrote, there is no weak point on any of his albums. The only downside to Nick Drake is that he only professionally recorded about 40 songs.
I adore “From the Morning” and Nick Drake, feeling honored to sing this song.
