Your safety as well as the safety of our staff is a high priority. “Our patients come first” is one of our Core Values. And putting our patients first includes not only how we care for you but also the environment in which we provide that care.
We understand that you may have questions about coming to our clinics or hospital for a face-to-face visit. From the moment you walk into one of our buildings until you leave, we have taken additional steps to keep everyone safe at all our locations. We are also working with our infection prevention and employee health teams to ensure our employees are healthy and that you remain safe.
We work closely with Minnesota Department of Health, Olmsted County Public Health, and other organizations as well as follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to ensure we have the latest information and trends so we can better prepare for what is happening.
To help alleviate concerns you may have about coming to OMC, we put together this video. It is a virtual tour to show you what will happen when you come for an appointment.
Thank you for trusting Olmsted Medical Center to provide your care and for your understanding during this COVID-19 pandemic. We look forward to seeing you for primary care, specialty care, lab or radiology services, acute care, and emergency care. And, we are here for you if you need a screening procedure, surgery, or any type of elective procedure.
We are here to care for you today and every day.
