How to make a Fridge Door Lock Alarm using the 555 Timer IC |(Circuit Building) Tutorial | 555 Timer
In this video tutorial, we are building a fridge door alarm using a 555 Timer IC, this tutorial is a 555 timer IC project especially for beginner projects, as it isn't that complicated and also can be a great learning experience if you are just starting out with the 555 timer IC.
Fridge door lock alarm can be very useful for those households which have a lot of children and toddlers who are least interested to check whether the door of the fridge is closed or still open while leaving the kitchen.
Moreover, it is an easy and useful electronic project using the 555 timer IC.
Components Required:
1. 2 - 555 timer IC
2. 1 - LDR
3. 1 - Buzzer
4. 4 - 10 µF Capacitor, 47uF (Bipolar) or 1 - 47 µF Capacitor(Bipolar)
5. 1 - 0.1 µF Capacitor (Non-Polar)
6. 1 - Diode (1N4007 or 1N4001)
7. 1 - Breadboard
8. Resistors (10kὨ - 1; 470kὨ -1; 150kὨ -2; 100Ὠ -1)
9. Jumper wires
