WINDOWS 10 SKIN PACK ON WINDOWS 8.1 OR WINDOWS 7
First of all you will need to download a skin pack file from the link given below
when you will open the link you will see that it is an indicted file with virus
dont worry download it if you have a good antivirus it will uninfict it after instgalling
when you run do same process as you install some software when you will get a window where
