Lake Elsinore Red Light Runner and Accident
These two incidents occurred at the same intersection about 6 months apart. Northbound Interstate 15 off ramp to Hwy 74 (Central) in Lake Elsinore, California. In the first incident, a vehicle runs the light way after it turns green. In the second, traffic stops westbound, 3 cars skid, and last one hits them all.
