Sniper Rifles are the DPS meta in Destiny 2 after the artifact mods we received in Episode Echoes Act 2. We don't exactly know when Episode 2 will come out, so Snipers will remain the meta for the foreseeable future. So with that in mind, what is the best Sniper Rifle to use?
