Edgeworks FnB Void Transaction Latest
To perform void transaction, kindly perform the steps below
1. To void a transaction after aware of key wrongly
2. Exit from order screen by clicking on Exit button
3. Refer to ref no. column for receipt no., click on View button for the transaction that need to void
4. Click on VOID and Return Inventory window will prompt
5. Click Yes if the item able to return stock / Click No if the item unable to return stock
6. Click on OK when window "Order voided successfully" prompt
7. The voided transaction row will fill with red color
8. Click on CLOSE button to exit from transaction detail window
9. Click on Start buton to go back to order screen
10. Redo the order again
