Infinity: Battlescape - long-range torpedo cruiser going into battle
Saved up credits and took out the cruiser with torpedo platforms and extra torpedoes (these have a 100km range) for a defense mission. I could probably fire them for effect from greater distance, but that wouldn't have been as fun. ;)
