Hello ladies! Today's video is about Pizza Hut, but made with Egyptian hands at home. We'll try to make Italian pizza. In any kitchen, you'll find many types of pizza dough. Today, we'll make one of them, and it will be made with buttermilk in an easy way. It will be a soft pizza dough. I forgot to mention in the video that you must grease the pizza pan with oil before putting the dough in.
Pizza Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp sugar
A pinch of salt
A pinch of garlic powder
1/4 cup warm water
1/4 cup oil
1 tbsp vinegar
For kneading: Buttermilk
Pizza sauce:
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp oil
Oregano
Basil
For the pizza toppings:
Mozzarella cheese
Chicken
Sliced olives
Green and colored peppers
