NEW PS Plus Tiers - Day One First Impressions

I made an off the cuff, first impressions, minimal editing thoughts of the new PS Plus. I am going to try and make more concise videos about the different tiers that or more polished and edited but I wanted to get my Day 1 thoughts out on launch day.
Overall I think the Extra Tier has some great value for all sorts of gamers though the UI and UX experience leave much to be desired.
