The cv::optflow::DenseRLOFOpticalFlow function in OpenCV is used to calculate the dense optical flow using the Robust Local Optical Flow (RLOF) algorithm. This function tracks the motion of every pixel from one frame to another. This method is published in 2012 and inserted to opencv with the version 4.1.0. This video contains the usage of DenseRLOFOpticalFlow member functions.
