Let's talk about Mega Man X4 voice actors! Guess what? The majority of them range from mediocre to laughable. Combine that with a questionable script and you have to wonder whether X4 was going for a serious or comedic tone. While I could spend ages reciting each and every flaw to you, I'm going to let the evidence speak for me. Here is a video of every single cut scene in the game.
