installing the latest video card drivers doesn't fix the issue, try switching back from DirectX 12 to DirectX 11.
Switch Back to DirectX 11
1.Launch FIFA 19 and open “Settings”.
2. Find “DirectX” and check if it is set as “Auto” or “12.0”. If it is, set it to “11.0”.
3.Save the changes and restart the game.
