Tom returns to wear his old 1940s-style red bathing suit, this is the third time since "Salt Water Tabby" and "Muscle Beach Tom".
Tom does have many love interests, besides Toodles like Toots, Zuri, Tara, Yvonne Jockalong, Kate, Persia Cat, Cozette, Misty, Matilda and The She-Cat. Some fans considered Tom as a "playboy".
