The video opens on a one-on-one interview with Heather, a K9 Buddy recipient’s parent. The video then cuts to scenes of her daughter, Emma, interacting with black Lab K9 Buddy, Sam. There is a montage of photos of different K9 Buddy recipients with their dogs. Heather and Emma are shown reading a book on the couch, while Sam lies next to Emma. Emma is then shown hugging Sam in their yard. Next, Emma is shown walking Sam with her parents. A photo is shown from Emma’s graduation followed by photos from the day Emma met Sam for the first time. Emma and her parents are once again shown walking Sam in a neighborhood.
