-Fruit
-Water

2 Large Glass Containers
Directions:
Peel your limes and weigh your lime peels using a kitchen scale
-Use this calculator to see how much Malic & Citric Acid you need https://www.kevinkos.com/super-juice-...
-Put your lime peels in a large glass container, add your Malic and Citric Acid to the container, give it a good shake to coat the peels.
-Wait 1.5-2hrs
-Put your peels coated in acid into a blender, and add your measurement of water from the calculator above
Blend it until the peels and liquid have become one
Squeeze/Juice all the limes that you peeled into a glass container
-Take your blended juice and strain into the the glass container that has your fresh squeezed lime juice, give it a good shake, and you're DONE!
