Snow Machining to Spencer Glacier
One of the best Alaskan Outsider Experiences is getting up close and personal with an Alaskan Glacier. There is something about seeing a chunk of ice that has been around for 10's of thousands of years that really puts you in your place. The best time to Snow Machine out to the glacier is February-March. It is a very small window and is dependent upon cold weather to freeze the lake, river and having enough snow.
