Twenty years ago inventor Heikki Kärnä was bulldozing wood and stones from his building lot in Finland. The moment of inspiration came in 1994 when he was moving a large stone using a crowbar to lever it. Thinking of ways to mek his work safer and easier, the bagan to develop numerous prototypes of the axe. The axe was reinvented.
The Leveraxe is a wood splitting axe used to split firewood from nearly any type of wood and diameter. Its innovated design produces a levering action as it sinks into the wood. This allows for less force to split the wood compared to traditional axes. Giving the users more safety and speed.
