Death is often unexpected, as are most things in life. I’m learning how to keep going, living in my new reality. I pray this video helps you keep going as well.
Here are three key points on overcoming grief:
1. *Allow Yourself to Grieve:* It's important to acknowledge and accept your emotions during the grieving process. Give yourself permission to feel sadness, anger, and confusion. Suppressing these feelings can prolong the healing process.
2. *Seek Support:* Don't go through grief alone. Reach out to friends, family, or a therapist who can provide emotional support and a safe space to express your feelings. Connecting with others who have experienced similar losses can also be helpful.
3. *Create a Healing Routine:* Establish a daily routine that includes self-care activities like exercise, meditation, or journaling. These practices can help you cope with grief, manage stress, and gradually move towards a sense of normalcy.
Remember that grief is a unique and personal journey, and it's okay to take your time in the healing process.
