The guy was sorry for rear ending me and I took it ok, but at the same time there's really no excuse for rear ending a motorcycle. Drivers must keep a safe distance from vulnerable road users at all times . The fact the driver made contact with me shows there was a complete disregard for safe distances to the point of making physical contact
