I used an inspiration photo from a floorplans website to build this beautiful Modern Farmhouse for a family of 4-5 sims in Henford on Bagley! It has a spacious side yard and the landscaping blends in so nicely on the 13 Nettle Lane lot. There's everything a Sims family needs and more with a large living room with a vaulted ceiling, a big white and yellow kitchen with dining space at the island, and even a small laundry room.
