For multimedia codecs and the ability to install vlc,obs with extra features, one needs to get the RPM fusion repositories by pasting the following in a terminal
sudo dnf install https://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/free/fe... -E %fedora).noarch.rpm https://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/nonfree... -E %fedora).noarch.rpm
For the rpm fusion apps to be visible in Software you need to install the following
sudo dnf groupupdate core
