Organizing your images once you are ready to edit is definitely a step that is worth it not to skip. I find myself taking dozens of photos I'd like to choose between, but don't want to click through one at a time. SURVEY VIEW will help with that by allowing you to see a bunch of photos at once and compare them all at a glance.
