The lead-up to the presidential debate in the streets - Day 2 (31/03/2026)
This is what was happening in the streets before the start of the second day of the second round of debates.
The campaign banners of various political parties were visible, including those of Fuerza Popular (Keiko Fujimori), Renovación Popular (López Aliaga), Partido Morado (Mesías Guevara), and Perú Primero (Mario Vizcarra), among others.
At 3:40, the arrival of candidate Herbert Caller (of the PPP) at the San Borja Convention Center, where the debate was to be held, can be seen.
The scene was also filled with colorful characters, in addition to the typical dances performed by some of the candidates.
It's worth mentioning that the Renovación Popular banner occupied a large part of the avenue, which is why they are more visible in the video compared to other parties.
And the parties that don't appear in the video were unfortunately not present when I took the footage.
