Roger Blough Underway to Wisconsin June 2016
The Roger Blough with the Candice Elise tugboat heads from the West Pier in the Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan through the Soo Locks past the Valley Camp where it is serviced by the Ojibway Supply Ship and then rounds Mission Point and Rotary Park. The Sugar Islander II & Hon. James L. Oberstar are also in the video. Lots of salutes!
