Here we go...Tonight I reached the magical mark of 1.000.000 Youtube views and so I decided to upload my new piano cover "Layla" (original by Eric Clapton / Derek And The Dominos). I splitted the video into two parts. The first part is a more slowly part with a piano solo at the end (like the MTV Unplugged version by Eric Clapton in the 1990's) and the second part is similar to the faster original version of Eric Claptons blues rock band "Derek And The Dominos" (from 1970)...well, let's see it by yourself ;-)
In any case, this time, I made a pure piano cover, without any bells and whistles. Of course, Layla is one of the very BIG guitar songs, but I hope you like my piano version as well. The song is also a tribute to one of the greatest musicians alive - Eric Patrick "Slowhand" Clapton.
P.S.: I'm sorry, but because I play all my piano music by hearing, I have no sheet music for this arrangement. For reasons of time, it is also simply not possible for me to make a piano tutorial of Layla by Eric Clapton - I'm sorry for that.
