DOUBLE STROKES TECHNIQUE / HEEL-TOE 200-250 BPM PRACTICE
Just a fun idea i had to record my self useing Heel Toe Technique and seeing which bpm i can reach
My current PR is 250 BPM and this is after a year of practicing this technique
at first i really struggled controling it becuase each foot has to make two strokes and timing that with the left foot was hard!
Finally i got it clean and without too much of stress in the muscles.
My single strokes are heel up and the switch to heel toe also issued a challenge so i had to practice the switch.
Thank you all for the support over the last videos as i mentioned i currently moved to a new studio and ill begin to upload more frequently.
