• Power Automate for desktops is fully backward compatible. However, forward compatibility isn't guaranteed.
• Forms customization is not possible - need to combine with Power Apps
• Some features are at a higher price license
• Licensing is sometimes confusing and ever-changing
• Everything you create even in the Desktop version is stored on the server
