The source is the J-88 version which is the version I first fell in love with when I started discovering this genius. I personally prefer the mastering of the "Best Kept Secret" version, I think it has a more naturally warm timbre than the 2006 Donut Boy CD of Fan-tas-tic Vol. 1 (which is, so far, my favoured mastering for that album though I've not heard the original).
