How to pick wild vegetables 1
In this episode I show ground ivy(glechoma hederacea) and plantago (plantago minor). Those are very common in Europe, and they grow partly around the world, except in tropical areas.
I advise to look for edible plants first at www.pfaf.org which is a great site about the edibility, and much more, of thousands of plants.
Then start to look for them, start determinate them in the wild.
