(Shot an enemy chopper out of the air with a mortar.)
The easiest way to get this achievement is to head to any rebel mission available that requires you to steal a helicopter. From a distance, identify the Lieutenant in the area and do not kill him. Shoot at enemies near the Lieutenant in order to prompt an escape attempt. When this happens, one of your teammates will alert you that the Lieutenant is trying to escape. As soon as this occurs, immediately request mortars on the helicopter's location. A good technique is shown in the video where you simply kill a few enemies, then shoot wildly around the area to gain their attention. Then bring up the support menu via RB and wait for that dialogue from your teammates. If done correctly, your mortar strike will kill the helicopter just after it takes off. If you're too late, simply reload and try again.
An easy spot to attempt this (shown in the video) is in Itacua, just North of the Itacua Delta camp. At that camp, there will be a helicopter to allow you to travel more quickly to the rebel mission.
