clapping the pattern stomping the beet with feet (1 and 4 + 1 and 4)
playing pattern in one hand then swap to the other - keep feet stomping
silliness

play the pattern on knees with Dominant Hand (DH) - play beat with other hand
swap over - play the pattern on knees with Less Dominant Hand (LDH) - play beat with other hand
play the pattern with DH 1,2 , 3 or 4 times - you decide! - then switch to the other hand without losing the beat in the hands or feet - so it is seamless.

Try using a metronome and record yourself if u can.Start slow, accuracy is key not speed.
