Unthreading Springs from Fork in 1984 Harley Davidson Golf Cart
The springs in these shocks broke off inside of the fork on this 3 wheeler golf cart. We first tried pulling out the springs thinking they were stuck in there. Later, we figured out they were threaded in so we needed to find some way to unthread them. Using the stick of wood, we hammered it up inside the springs and the springs ate into the wood just enough that the wood was able to grip the springs and unthread the springs!
