In this week's podcast episode, I had the honour of interviewing my client Tara who breaks down how she Went from $0 To 307K+ In Just 6 Months.
When Tara first reached out to me, she was trying to grow her coaching business but something was off.
She had invested time and money in getting her website done and tried generating leads with the only ways she knew of but the results were inconsistent.
She knew she had something amazing to offer salon and clinic owners, especially with leveraging memberships. But despite the great value, she was struggling to get her message out to the right people.
Then, she decided to take the plunge and join Scale School and the transformation has been mind-blowing.
Here’s what we focused on:
🌟 We Systemised Lead Generation: Before Tara was generating a few leads here and there, but there was no consistency. We built a clear and repeatable process that not only brought in great-quality leads but also converted them into paying clients. Now she signs more clients than I can keep up with.
🌟 Built A Thriving Community: We launched a Facebook group that fostered real engagement. A safe space for her audience to ask questions and start conversations. It created a direct line of communication with her ideal clients, helping her build authority in her niche.
🌟 Leveraged Events to Scale: Tara learned the power and formula to run live virtual events. Instead of speaking to one client at a time, she could now impact many people at once which massively scaled her reach and conversions.
Fast forward to today, Tara has made well over 307K AUD in under 6 months, has a consistent lead flow, and, most importantly, she’s paying herself regularly unlike before.
The best part? She’s got time to spend with her family which is her most important value, she doesn’t use unnecessary complicated tech or strategies and she’s growing her business more and more every month.
If you’re a coach struggling to get consistent leads or turn your passion into profit, don’t fall into the trap of thinking you need all the shiny things like fancy websites and keeping up with algorithm hacks or fleeting trends. What you need is a simple system that works.
