Use Surface Dial on Premiere Pro - as 1x Frame Step
How to add single frame step functionality to your surface dial for use within Adobe Premiere Pro
The standard jog functionality was not suitable for my needs and here are a few steps to add the single frame step to the surface dial.
Assign unused key to the rotate right / left of the dial then add that to a custom keyboard within premiere pro.
